States of Jersey: Acts

States of Jersey Bronze Coinage Act
31 October 1922, with Royal confirmation following on 29 January 1923

This is a formal legislative act by the States of Jersey authorizing the minting of bronze coins in denominations of 1/12th and 1/24th of a shilling — these correspond to Jersey's traditional one-twelfth shilling and one-twenty-fourth shilling (i.e. a halfpenny equivalent) coins, which were distinct from standard British coinage.
